Completion of Requirements
If you are seeking a graduate or undergraduate certificate, you should apply to have your credentials reviewed prior to taking your final class. You may apply online, by completing an Application for Certificate (Web Form). Once your file is reviewed by the Registrar, and it is determined that you have met the requirements for your certificate, you will receive a notification to your Fitchburg State email from Parchment that your electronic certificate is available for download.
Please know that students who earn their certificate are not permitted to participate in a graduation ceremony.
