How to log into computers

You access library computers by using your Falcon Key.

This key uses your current email for your username (i.e. jsmith1) and the last six digits of your Banner ID number proceeded by "FS" for your password (i.e., FS-012345).

Note: Accounts created prior to January 10, 2011 use FSC.

This number can be found under the barcode on your OneCard, on your class schedule, and on your student bill.

If you have problems accessing your account, please call the IT Help Desk at 978-665-4500.

Public patrons wishing to use the computers will need to check-in at the Research Help desk to be logged in.
