The university's spring 2024 commencement ceremonies are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 16 for graduate degrees and certificates of advanced graduate study, and 10 a.m. Saturday, May 18 for undergraduate degrees.

Ticketing Information

The Graduate Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, May 16 is a ticketed event. Graduates may reserve up to four (4) guest tickets for the ceremony. No guests will be admitted to the ceremony without presenting a printed or mobile ticket at the door. Information on how to reserve guest tickets has been sent to registered graduates at their university email address.

The Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 18 will not require tickets if the event is held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, however, the ceremony will be moved to the Athletics and Recreation Center and a four-ticket limit will be in effect. Graduates are strongly encouraged to reserve their tickets in advance, as a precaution. Information on how to reserve guest tickets has been sent to registered graduates at their university email address.
