Academic Excellence and Specialized Training
To better serve Anna Maria’s students, Fitchburg State has entered into a formal agreement to provide degree completion opportunities for many of Anna Maria’s programs.
Our offerings include Business, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Computer Science-Cybersecurity concentration, Health Professions, Psychology, Public Health, Game Design, and Education, and dozens more; at Fitchburg State, you will find the perfect fit for your credits. Learn more about the robust on-campus and online programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
All students will receive one-on-one assistance from our Financial Aid professionals. If you are an undergraduate from New England, you are eligible for the New England Regional Tuition Discount. And non-New England undergraduate students are also eligible for valuable scholarships.

At Fitchburg State, we believe education happens both inside and outside the classroom. We offer a well-rounded student life experience designed to support your goals:
- Athletics: We offer a full range of NCAA Division III sports, featuring 17 varsity teams and four club teams. And we will launch our varsity women’s ice hockey team in the 2027-28 season. Athletes interested in transferring can fill out their self-release form. Once complete, email your form to Athletic Director Matt Burke at mburke43@fitchburgstate.edu.
- Residence Life: Dive into our campus culture with on-campus housing options that put you at the center of the action. We will also work to keep students from Anna Maria together in one of our residential communities. While any open units in our portfolio will be available, we have reserved space in our apartment-style Townhouses, suites in one of our newest residence halls, and several units in our off-campus apartment building near Main Street, for Anna Maria students. Our housing options also include space reserved for graduate students.
