Professor appointed to Library of Congress radio task force

Professor Katherine Rye Jewell has been appointed co-chair of the College and Community Radio Caucus of the Library of Congress Radio Preservation Task Force, a federally mandated project created to support the preservation of the nation’s audiovisual infrastructure.

Davis Educational Foundation grant will enhance career advising

Efforts to remake career advising for students has been awarded a grant of more than $250,000 from the Davis Educational Foundation, to build a comprehensive model of career advising and services. The grant will also support the creation of a comprehensive internship and employer relations model.

AGC MA donates $100K for Construction Technology Program

The funds will be used to provide support to the university’s efforts in meeting ABET standards for continuous improvement and meeting the quality standards established by the Construction Management Association of America.
