I'm interested in computational aspects of inference and their application in Bioinformatics: Optimal inference of Boolean networks based on Kolmogorov Complexity, Bayesian modeling of large scale biological processes, in particular for resolving methodological issues associated with orthodox statistical approaches, optimization algorithms for complex problems of statistical inference and their application in Bioinformatics.
