Biography

Dr. Kimberly Bennett is an assistant professor for Fitchburg State University.  Dr. Bennett has more than 17 years of experience in the areas of Early Intervention and Early Childhood Education. She has held various early childhood professional and leadership positions as well as being a lecturer at Curry College,  Emerson College, Fisher College, and DePaul  University.  She is currently serving on the Council for  Professional Recognition, and the Governing Board of Massachusetts Association for the Education of Young Children (MAAEYC). Dr. Bennett holds an Ed.D. in Early     Childhood Special Education from Walden University, a certificate in Early Education Leadership (CEEL) from Harvard University, an MS in Education in Infant t and Toddler Development and Intervention, Wheelock College in from Wheelock College, and a BA in Psychology from Middlebury College.
