PLEASE JOIN US for the Fitchburg Civic Days 4th of July Parade!
You’re invited to march alongside Freddy the Falcon, our students and alumni in the Fitchburg 4th of July Parade. We’re loading our Admissions golf cart, a Fitchburg State van and the box truck with candy and goodies to share with the crowd!
Fitchburg State is one of the lead sponsors for Fitchburg Civic Days Parade on July 4th. Fitchburg State has deep roots in this community and participating in the Civic Days events allows us to celebrate that connection. This will be our third year marching in the parade.
On July 4th, we’ll gather in front of the St. Bernard's Activity Center at 8:30 a.m. to stage for the parade (you can park in the Dutch Kitchen or ICU parking lots). The parade starts at 10 a.m. and it goes from St. Bernard's up to the Boulder in the center of town. Since we are one of the first groups in the parade, we’ll be done by noon and will offer rides back to the starting point for everyone.
