EMS Web App is an online event management system that allows faculty, staff, and instructors to book rooms for non-course related events, like conferences, special events, panel discussions, and guest speakers.
Process for Accessing EMS Web App
If you already have an EMS Web App account:
- Login to login.fitchburgstate.edu
- Select the EMS Web App icon
If you do not have an EMS Web App account:
- Submit the EMS Web App Account Request (Dynamic Form)
- You will be notified when your EMS Web App account is ready
Please note: A request for space does not guarantee that a space is assigned.
Reservation requests are not considered confirmed until an official reservation confirmation is sent to you via email.
All requests will be reviewed before being scheduled and confirmed. Notifications of changes to reservations will be made promptly via phone and/or email.
