MyFalcon (Self-Service Banner)

What is MyFalcon?

MyFalcon is a web-based interface to the university's student records system (Banner). Login to MyFalcon.  
  1. Go to MyFalcon 
  2. Enter your university credentials

MyFalcon for Students

After logging into MyFalcon, you can access your grades, academic history, personal information, class schedule and more. Here are instructions on how to do some common tasks:

 

  1. Login to MyFalcon
  2. Click Register for classes

  1. Login to MyFalcon
  2. Click View Student Information
  3. Select a menu option and follow the instructions—you can change your pin, and view other personal information such as your address and email
  1. Login to MyFalcon
  2. Click View Grades
  3. Select Term
  4. Select Level
  1. Click View Unofficial Transcript
  2. Choose your transcript level (or leave All Levels to see both Undergraduate and Graduate)
  3. Choose Transcript Type
  1. Login to MyFalcon
  2. Under Student Accounts Click Billing and Payments
  3. You will be directed to the ePay site

To view charges:

  1. Click View Activity, for current real time activity 
  2. Click View Statements, to view statements for a specific date

To make a payment:

  1. Click Make a Payment
  2. Follow the instructions for making your payment
  3. Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive a confirmation email at your Fitchburg State email account

FacultySSB for Faculty

Please note that Web4 has been updated to FacultySSB. Login to FacultySSB to enter grades, access your class roster, view your advisees' information and more.

Faculty Grade Entry

  • Find instructions for Faculty Grade Entry on the Banner page
  • Choose Registration Overrides (Red Card)
  • Select Term
  • Enter student ID# if not an advisee, otherwise you can enter student’s name
  • Click on the student’s information
  • Enter override information at the top – choose the appropriate override type
  • Choose the course for which you are granting the override
  • Click Add Override. Submit.
  • Check academic standing (good standing, probation, etc.), student status (active, LOA), time ticket (their registration date/time)
    • Choose Search for Student or Advisee under Advisor Information.
    • Enter student ID# and choose Advisee
    • Click on the student’s name below
    • In the upper right corner click on Registration Notices
  • Check students’ schedules
    • Go to Student Schedule
    • Enter student’s ID# in Sample Student Login
    • Select term 
    • Select the “Current Schedule” tab at the top
