All funds are posted on a first received first applied basis. Students are required to set up an (electronic refund) eRefund account. The refund will be direct deposited into the account the student has set up. If an eRefund account has not been established, a check will be printed and mailed to the permanent home address we have on file. Paper checks can take up to two weeks to receive. Please note that paper checks can be lost or stolen, so we strongly encourage students to set up an eRefund account. Refunds of $1.00 or less will not be refunded and monies will go to the overall scholarship account for the University. Questions about refunds should be directed to the Student Accounts Office.
