Fall 2025 Registration and Payment Information

SGOCE Billing Deadline - Important Changes to the Student Billing Process

The School of Graduate, Online, and Continuing Education (SGOCE) is implementing changes to the student billing process beginning with the Fall 2025 semester.

Overview of Changes

  1. Earlier Registration Availability - Students can register for Fall 2025 courses starting April 7, 2025, earlier than in previous years.
  2. Billing Timeline - Fall 2025 course charges will not appear on student accounts until after July 1, 2025.
  3. Payment Deadline (Excludes Online Accelerated Programs: MBA, M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Management, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Teaching, and RN-BS in Nursing)
    • Students have until August 15, 2025, to pay for all courses starting at the beginning of the fall semester.
    • This does not include courses that begin in the Fall B term.
  4. Non-Payment Policy (Excludes Online Accelerated Programs) - Students who do not pay their balance by August 15, 2025, will be dropped from their courses.
  5. Late Registration and Payment (Excludes Online Accelerated Programs) - Students may still register for Fall 2025 courses after August 15, but payment will be due at the time of registration.
    • Course registration remains open until the start of the fall semester, with payment required at the time of registration.

Student Accounts

Student Accounts is responsible for billing, issuing refunds to students for credit balances, including those generated from Financial Aid disbursements, and the collection of outstanding Nursing Loans.
