We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our campus voicemail system. We recommend using email for important communications until the voicemail system is fully restored.
Our residence halls are a place for students to grow personally and professionally, and to meet life-long friends. The variety in lifestyle options and student personalities found in the residence halls means that there is a place for everyone.
Resources
Our Residence Halls
Students choose from seven residence halls, each with its own style and personality. Our residence halls help students connect with friends and have fun while learning. Whether it's a crafting event or just meeting friends for a study group in the lounge, you'll make connections in any of our housing options.
Aubuchon Hall
Aubuchon Hall is a suite-style residence hall, home to approximately 300 upper-class students.
Herlihy Hall
This housing option centrally located on campus next to Holmes Dining Common offers premium doubles or studio singles.
Mara Village
Mara Village is a complex of several suite-style, numbered buildings (Mara 1-8), located on campus neighboring Conlon Hall.
Russell Towers
Russell Towers is the home to many of our new students. Approximately 450 first-year students live in this nine-story building.
Apartments
We have three apartment style living options: Townhouses, Simonds Hall, and Cedar Street House.

Graduate Student Housing
185 North Street - $875 per month
This agreement financially obligates you, the resident, to a binding contract for a 12 month agreement that costs $875 a month, provided you are enrolled as a student. The 12-month timeframe in its entirety is September 1 to August 31. If you are enrolled for both the fall and spring semesters, you are financially responsible for 12 months. The start date to the agreement is dependent on your first semester as an advanced study degree student. Enrollment in subsequent Fall and Spring semester is required to remain in the residence. Upon graduating or failure to register by the red-card date of a semester will terminate the agreement and require move out by the end of the respective month.
