This reimagined housing option will offer a fresh living experience, centrally located on campus next to Holmes Dining Common and directly across from the Antonucci Science Center, with easy access to the campus quad.
Herlihy Hall will feature two unique room types:
- Herlihy Premium Double: This room includes two full-size beds, individual desks, dressers, and closets. You will also enjoy a retro-style full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
- Herlihy Studio Single: This room features a full-size bed, soft seating, and a bistro table for two, along with a retro-style full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, and a wall-mounted Smart TV.
Both room types offer a shared, gender-inclusive common bathroom with locking stalls for privacy (including shower and toilet areas).
We've also updated the common areas:
- lounge with new couches, tables, and chairs
- state of the art laundry facilities
- kitchen with microwave, stove, sink and full size refrigerator

After this initial selection, Herlihy Hall will become part of the normal housing selection process that takes place at the beginning of the spring semester for the following academic year.
