Information Literacy Instruction

Fill out the Instruction Request Form to schedule a class with a librarian in our Instruction Lab, in your classroom, or online. 

The Instruction Program provides course specific instruction, workshops, and online educational support to faculty and students at the university. Librarians collaborate with faculty to teach information literacy based on the Association of College & Research Libraries' (ACRL) framework for information literacy for higher education. Librarians are available to work with faculty upon request through a variety of modalities on campus, online and at extended campus sites. Student Outcomes:

Upon graduation, undergraduate students at Fitchburg State University will be able to:
