You can receive 24/7 research assistance by typing your question in the chat box. When a Fitchburg State librarian is not available, a librarian from another institution will respond and be able to help you with your question. 

In addition to chat, you can use the links to the right of the chat box to schedule a research appointment, email a librarian, or call the Research Help Desk. Email and telephone calls will be answered during the Library Research Help Desk hours. Research appointments can be made based on Fitchburg State librarians' availability.
