Citation Management Through RefWorks

RefWorks is an online bibliographic management program that allows users to create a personal database of references and generate bibliographies in a variety of formats. This organizational and time-saving tool will enable you to:

• Quickly add/import and manage citations for articles and other resources you use in your research

• Create and export bibliographies in all major styles (MLA, APA, Turabian, Chicago, etc.) 

• Use RefShare to share your RefWorks library or specific folders with others

• Cite resources while you write using Write-n-Cite

For new users, create an account using RefWorks. To set up an account either on campus or off-campus, use your Fitchburg State University email address. Consult the Using RefWorks research guide for more information on how to maximize your use of RefWorks. 

NOTE: Popups must be enabled for RefWorks to work properly.
