Falcon VIBES: A Year of Belonging Campaign
Thanks to the University Innovation Fund, Human Resources will launch several initiatives to support the Institution’s strategic plan related to Diversity and Inclusion. These include the hiring of a consultant to assess and promote an employee recruitment/retention plan that focuses on historically excluded populations; a focused professional development series with a DEIB track; and the development of affinity networks for employees.
